Disappointing Experience with Several Issues

We stayed for 2 nights and faced multiple challenges. Despite requesting a handicap room, it wasn’t available. The toilet was too low, and we struggled to find space to eat together. The shortage of towels, especially for women, was frustrating. Service needs improvement.

The room was well lit, smelled awesome, and looked super clean. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay! The ample parking was a relief. The in-room kitchen made cooking easy. Hallways were so quiet—perfect for our family!

I loved the ample parking and the fact I could cook my own meals! Cooking really saved us some cash. The only downside was the limited number of towels provided for our stay. 🛏️

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds offered ample space for a family, with decent lighting and a functional layout. The room maintained a satisfactory level of cleanliness despite some larger maintenance issues around the property.

Front desk hours were minimal, which made check-in and assistance somewhat inconvenient. The absence of hair dryers and irons in the rooms felt lacking, especially given the purpose of extended stays. Additionally, the overall odor in the hotel detracted from the experience, and the noise from children in the halls created a distracting atmosphere. Some features, like the locked public restrooms on the first floor, were unnecessarily cumbersome—especially for families or anyone with mobility challenges, making access a nuisance. The lack of enough towels also made it difficult to feel fully accommodated.

We stayed for 2 nights in a queen suite, and it worked well. The kids loved the sofa bed, which was super comfy! Location’s solid—close to everything we needed. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, felt kinda cramped. Oh, and the breakfast options were pretty good, too. Overall, a neat place for a quick trip.

The place had a nice, updated feel and was conveniently located close to my family’s home. However, parking was a nightmare. after a late wedding, there was no parking available, and I was stressed about my car's safety. I appreciated the hardwood floors, but the beds felt a bit cheap. Overall, it was an affordable stay with some room for improvement.

Just a prime choice for a quick weekend visit in Moreno Valley with very good value for money. The water pressure was good and the temperature of the shower was comfortable enough for a long soak after a long day. Bring your own snacks and drinks since dining options nearby are limited.

i had a lovely time staying here, with great access to parks just a short drive away and a variety of tasty restaurants nearby like Loco Burrito, making my weekend city strolls all the more enjoyable.

However, the overall experience was overshadowed by cleanliness issues and an unfriendly staff. Additionally, the hallway noise made it difficult to relax, detracting from our comfort throughout our three-night stay.

The bathroom features a spacious shower and tub that offered good comfort. The full-size refrigerator and stove top in the suite provided flexibility for meals.

The hotel had such a cozy feel, and the clean room brought back fond memories of my grandmother's house. It was well lit and perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
